The workshop was held to gather feedback on the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Technology Transfer.
On the afternoon of November 19th, at the headquarters of the National Assembly's agencies, the National Assembly's Committee on Science, Technology and Environment (UBKHMT), in coordination with the Ministry of Science and Technology, organized a workshop to gather feedback on the draft Law amending and supplementing several articles of the Law on Technology Transfer. Mr. Nguyen Phuong Tuan, Vice Chairman of the UBKHMT, chaired the workshop.

In 2025, Vietnam experienced over 552,000 cyberattacks, with more than 52% of agencies and businesses suffering damage, a significant increase from 46.15% in 2024. This indicates that cybersecurity risks are real, but the workforce in this field is insufficient to meet actual needs.
